About us

Christian Aid has a vision of a better world, where everyone can live a full life, free from poverty. We want to share that vision with young people and by helping them to explore issues of global injustice, inspire them to become agents of change.

Through a partnership with the Church of England Education Office, we have developed an exciting new accreditation scheme launching in January 2018. This provides a framework to help church schools develop global citizenship in ways that reflect their Christian character.

About the role

Christian Aid Teachers are volunteers who support schools participating in the scheme. They offer guidance and ideas to class teachers and provide workshops and assemblies.
