The Fundraising Communications and Campaigns Division is responsible for shaping the communications strategy and delivery for Christian Aid, and for delivering the income and supporter engagement that will facilitate deeper, smarter relationships with our supporters in Britain and Ireland.

About the role

Reporting to the Business Support & Development Manager, the successful candidate will play an enabling role and contribute to the effective delivery of marketing activities and projects to enable the smooth functioning of the Fundraising Communications and Campaigns Division. S/he will coordinate financial, planning and communications support and provide administrative and business systems support for core project activity with a particular focus on fundraising projects.

About you

Having gained relevant experience in a busy charity or commercial organisation, you will bring your analytical and organisational skills and attention to detail to this role. You will manage your own workload, meeting agreed deadlines and targets, and communicating key messages to colleagues (as relevant dependent upon the core activity, project appeal or campaign).  You will proactively identify areas where processes or systems can be improved, and raise these with the line-manager for review and progression with relevant teams.
