About the role

This role is key to driving effective systems and processes that enables the Wales team to meet its operational and strategic objectives. You will play a pivotal role in coordinating and overseeing coherent and effective administrative, financial, operational and data processes across the Wales team. You will implement systems for planning, monitoring, evaluating and developing the team’s performance on key fundraising appeals and campaigns, such as income analysis and data capture. You will also play a leading role in transitioning the Wales team to the effective and coherent use of a new CRM database system. You will advise, manage and help to implement new strategies and systems to maximise supporter experience, and will play a coordinating role with Supporter Relations Officers across Wales to ensure processes are as efficient and consistent as possible and best practice is shared.

About you

We are looking for someone who is passionate about the vision of Christian Aid and has the skills and energy in effective data monitoring and evaluation to support the team in Wales to improve our impact. You will have a proven track record of implementing effective systems and processes to monitor and improve impact. You will have substantial experience of working with data and databases and of making data accessible to others. You will need to be well organised and able to plan and balance a diverse workload.

You will also be passionate about providing excellent supporter relations; and comfortable working within a dispersed and bilingual team with a wide range of staff from different disciplines.

Fluency in spoken and written Welsh is desirable for this role. Please outline in your application your level of competency and/or your approach to working in a bilingual environment, including any support you may need.
