This role is based in Bogota, Colombia. This role is open to the nationals of the country where the role is based.
You will be required to attend the office for a minimum of 2 days per week with the option to work remotely for the remaining 3 days.

About the role
To manage projects and partners funded by Irish Aid in Colombia and within a framework agreed with the Regional Manager on Peacebuilding and Human Rights. This role will ensure the effective implementation and appropriate support for partners, monitoring and reporting of those initiatives funded by Irish Aid. To coordinate with Christian Aid Ireland and partners. Provide representation for the programme with the Irish Embassy and coordinate with different thematic networks working in the country.
About you
You have a relevant social science degree, at least five years of NGO experience, and a strong understanding of the Colombian context. You bring solid skills in project management, monitoring and evaluation, donor reporting, safeguarding, and clear communication in both English and Spanish. You also have knowledge of gender and power analysis, human rights, advocacy, and tools like Theory of Change and Logical Frameworks, as well as experience building networks and alliances.
